About Us
The Customer Experience and Analytics Centre (CEAC) is a training centre under the Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) in Nanyang Polytechnic. TEP is a unique pedagogy in the School of Business Management, which equips students with key skills relevant to their course of study through real industry projects.
To date, it has established a track record of 16 years of experience, serving the needs of industry partners. It has completed projects for many clients from diverse industries - e.g. Singpost, Singapore Exhibition Services, mediacorp (Toggle), ANZ, Daikin, AIA and many more.
The center has been equipped with the latest technilogy for social media monitoring, analytics and omnichannel management of customer interactions.
